We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:

  • Email address
  • Telephone number (optional)
  • Subject and content of your message

We also collect technical data generated automatically while browsing, such as your IP address and the date and time of access, necessary for the operation and security of the site.

The data you send us is used exclusively to:

  • Respond to your enquiry or quote request;
  • Deliver any services you engage us for;

Documents entrusted to us for translation are treated in strict confidence, accessible only to the professionals assigned to the project, all bound by confidentiality agreements. Files are deleted from our systems once no longer needed.

  • Erasure — request deletion of your data;
